Self Talk Mp3's - These self talk mp3's are designed to help you overcome old programming. You can listen to them in the car, on an mp3 player on headphones or played aloud with a player. The most effective is going to sleep listening to them with a pillow speaker or headphones that you can sleep in so that your subconscious that never sleeps listens to your self programming. It works over time like a charm! The best way is to record your own voice doing them, but you can use these temporarily until you record your own. I put a playlist together on my iphone and swap out the different self-talk subjects as needed and then I just let it play at a low level while I'm sleeping and it is amazing when I wake up.  I find that I go into a deeper sleep and wake up super energetic.  It might take a little getting used to because you're doing something different but once you get the hang of it, it will work like nothing else!  You just have to do it long enough.

The first link does the self talk in "I" and "You" mode and the second link is the "You" version only. Shad Helmstetter who writes these awesome self talk books writes that it is good to hear the recording as said in the first person (I) and then again in the second person (You). You affirm your resolve in the "I" and then you hear it in the "you" which is like someone encouraging you and uplifting you - sometimes you listen to others' encouragement differently and is as effective. This is why the "you" version is separated out because maybe if you hear me encouraging you, you might believe it more!
